General Manager

Flextrack's General Manager has oversight of all of Flextrack implementations, program management, and sales deliverables. The General Manager has direct accountability to clients and is the final escalation point within the organization. The General Manager is also the lead on all client consulting projects.

Program Directors

Program Directors are ultimately accountable to clients for ensuring Flextrack meets all expectations, both with the change management of the implementation of a new MSP program, as well as the ongoing operations of programs.

Program Team Leads

Program Management Team Leads are responsible for change management and compliance control as contract recruitment is centralized, provide subject matter expertise on recruitment program best practices, provide oversight and act as the senior escalation point for the program. The Team Leads are each responsible for a small team of Program Managers.

Program Managers

Program Managers are the primary liaison with hiring managers to guide them through the contractor acquisition process and use of the vendor management system, and will act as the primary liaison with staffing agencies for requisition engagement, screening and hiring. Program Managers provide recruitment subject matter expertise, user counselling, problem resolution, and management reporting.

Change Managers

Change Managers shape and lead the change management approach to client programs, including changes to processes, systems and technology, by following a structured change management methodology. Drawing from their expertise and ProSci® certification, Change Managers are coaches to client sponsors and project managers through implementations and enhancements.

Accounts Payable Specialists

Accounts Payable Specialists are responsible for the full cycle Accounts Payable process, including providing input for the invoicing and payment distribution components to clients, timely processing of invoices for payment, reconciling vendor accounts, processing month-end accruals and providing service excellence to clients.

Technical Lead

Flextrack's Technical Lead is responsible for architecting and advising on technical decisions and for directing the development team on the delivery of the configured VMS. The Technical Lead ensures the design of the system is implemented to provide optimal performance.

Project Managers

Project Managers are responsible for overall project plans, adherence to schedule, risk management and maintaining and distributing RAID logs. Project Managers identify systematic and business solutions to business problems, while managing resources and timelines, ultimately executing optimal solutions through a combination of systems development and process re-engineering.

Project Coordinators/PCOs

Project Coordinators/PCOs are responsible for all aspects of project information handling, tracking, scheduling and analyzing. PCOs are accountable for daily record keeping, daily production schedule updates and production information data entry, regularly reviewing this information for accuracy. Their attention to detail ensures that Project Managers and clients are informed and up-to-date with status updates, changes and impacts to the project.

Business Analysts

Business Analysts are responsible for spearheading all requirements sessions, providing Business Requirements Documents for signoff and leading QA efforts once the configurations are complete. Business Analysts provide crucial analysis and technical expertise to produce a balanced technical solution that fulfills our clients' needs.

System Architects

System Architects are responsible for the full systems development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to implementation of architecture solutions, ensuring that deliverables are of the highest calibre. System Architects apply project management and technical expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.

Quality Assurance Specialists

Quality Assurance Specialists develop and implement software test strategies and plans, test procedures, test scripts and test cases for a variety of client/server systems. Committed to service excellence, QA Specialists ensure that issues are identified and addressed prior to releasing program updates.
